Portfolio only consists of credit cards
Perform the full collection process
Capture client information on the system and make notes after calls conducted to debtors
Manage early and late stage collections
Know how to work from a dialler or worklist
Deal with TOP banking clients on a daily basis
Be very professional
Work towards achieving target so you can qualify for cash incentives
Be available immediately for a 3 month contract at a Top leading Bank
Must have worked as a Collection Agent / Recoveries Agent with at least 2/3- 4 years' experience on credit card collections ONLY, working at a Bank or collecting on behalf of a bank.
Have a great track record
Must have contactable references, clear criminal record, clear credit history to be considered (This means no missed payments on accounts, handovers, judgements, debt review)
Able to work shifts and weekends
Need to have reliable transport
Computer literate
Bubbly
Energetic
Articulate well
Deadline driven
