We are seeking a Business Enablement Manager who will bridge between business strategy, operations, and technology, ensuring that initiatives are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable value. Must come from Financial Services/Banking environment

Enablement Design and Preparation:

·       Design of required artifacts in support of the Operating Model

·       Write and Launch Communication as per the Communication strategy and Plan

·       Writing content and preparing training material (Digital and Non- Digital)

·       Run with logistics and facilitating change and enablement initiatives

Enable Business on Digital Solutions:  

• Facilitate Change and Enable enhancements to channels, new products launch on digital solutions in new countries  
• Drive pre and post go live enablement action items with internal stakeholders
• Report on Enablement efforts and business readiness

Delivery enablement and change services to support delivery of rollout of digital solutions, country rollouts and additional products and enhancements to digital solutions by conducting:

• Business Impact assessments (Analysis of impact to Process, System, People)
  •       Change, enablement and communication Strategy Planning and management of delivery
  •       Content Creation and delivery of business enablement artifacts, training materials (analysis of capability, writing content, graphic design (studio) skills ability to create content on applications digital content)
  •       Training and facilitation as part of the Enablement and Change strategy
  •      Change management, training and communications to impacted stakeholders across impacted countries 
  •       Support impacted stakeholders pre and post implementation of digital solutions
  •       Managing Central Repository  

Enable Business on Digital Solutions:  

• Facilitate Change and enable enhancements to channels, new products launching on digital solutions in new countries  
• Drive pre and post go live enablement action items with internal stakeholders
• Report on Enablement efforts and business readiness

Internal Stakeholders Support 

• Supporting internal stakeholders pre and post implementation with any change or enablement.
