This role provides specialist support in implementing and maintaining remuneration and benefits frameworks, policies, and practices, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements, governance standards applicable to state-owned entities, and Land Bank’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in remuneration data analysis, developing dashboards and reports, and producing insights that inform pay decisions, workforce planning, and submissions to leadership and governance committees.

What You’ll Do
Support implementation and upkeep of remuneration and benefits policies, frameworks, and processes across the organisation
Ensure remuneration and benefits processes are accurate, compliant, and delivered within approved timelines
Conduct market and salary benchmarking and participate in external salary and benefits surveys
Analyse remuneration data and reward trends to support strategy, internal equity, and competitiveness
Develop remuneration dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
Support governance and compliance monitoring, including audit documentation and reporting
Administer job evaluation and profiling processes using approved methodologies (e.g., Peromnes, Patterson, Hay)
Provide analytical support for incentive programmes and performance-linked remuneration cycles
Engage stakeholders with clear advisory support and respond to queries within agreed service levels
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Finance, or Commerce
GRP certification (advantageous)
5 years’ remuneration and benefits experience in an SOE, banking, or financial services environment
Strong remuneration/HR data analysis capability, including models, dashboards, and reporting
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling) and confidence working with large datasets
Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and job profiling
Exposure to dashboard tools such as Power BI or similar
Working knowledge of public sector governance and relevant legislation and guidelines (PFMA, DPE remuneration guidelines, King IV/King V)
