Job Summary

Financial Accountant A well-established Security Service Company is s currently seeking to recruit a qualified Accountant to take on the available role of Financial Accountant. The successful incumbent must be a high achiever who will be responsible for but not limited for full financial function, consolidating statements, preparing budget reports, liaising with external auditors, submit Vat and Tax returns and supervising accounting department that consist of Debtors and Creditors. Duties: Full Financial Functions and accounting up to trail balance Compile year-end financial statements Submit VAT and TAX Reconciliations Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable Budgets and forecasts Assisting in the year-end audit and dealing with auditors Minimum Requirements: B Com Accounting Degree Completed SAICA articles at a small to medium size audit firm 0-2 years post article experience Sound knowledge of accounting practices At least 5 years financial services Knowledge of Pastel Evolution Knowledge of Sage 50 Pastel Advance Microsoft Excel Skills Excellent knowledge of VAT and Taxes Please forward your CV to hr@lockecure.co.za and use Accountant as ref.
