Financial Administrator Retreat Cape Town
Our client in Retreat Cape Town is looking for a Financial Administrator/Bookkeeper with Fianncial Admin experience in administering financial data, invoicing and reporting on sales and revenue. You need 3-4 years experience in finance, admin, invoicing.
Min Requirements
Matric and or Financial Certificate/Diploma – Advantage
Working knowledge of relevant statutory relations (VAT, Companies Act)
Experience in a Distribution, warehouse and dispatch fmch supply chain Environment
At least 3-4 years relevant experience
Working knowledge of Pastel / SAGE Evolution
Responsibilities
Assist with Bookkeeping – Trial Balance
Processing and updating relevant general ledger journals
Managing the fixed asset register and updating as required
Preparation of all monthly G/L Balance Sheet reconciliations excl Debtors and Creditors
Processing and loading all payments onto the banking electronic system for approval
Perform the monthly bank reconciliations
Preparation of monthly VAT returns for the company
Assisting with the compilation of a monthly cashflow for Financial Manager review
