Job Summary

Skills:
Design work in SolidWorks and FEA analysis experience.
Understanding the industry in the bigger picture of agricultural concepts and land prep trends.

Responsibilities:
Revise existing range of ground engagement implements.
Update range to be more modular for manufacturing.
Manufacturing improvements.
Design new concepts to better meet market related needs.
In-field testing and verification of new products.
Work closely with factory to streamline manufacturing process.
Development and testing of new concepts and prototypes.
Verification of in-field performance during field visit.
Manufacturing support in factory.

Qualifications & Experience:

A degree in B.Ing (Mecahnical) or BTech will be a minimum requirement, and at least 5 years work experience would be preferred.
Experience in agriculture would be a plus point.
A whiz with SOLIDWORKS and a flair for design with FEA analysis experience.
The ability to step back, study and understand the bigger picture.
The focus to design the detail meticulously, letting nothing to chance.
The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
The ability and self-drive to meet targets.
Energetic, positive, finding original solutions for complex problems.
The ability to take projects to products.

5 years work experience would be preferred.
