Job Summary
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights, support performance management, and enable data-led decision-making across multiple business areas. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence, data analytics, and commercial acumen.

- Lead the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
- Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- Ensure the accuracy, governance, and integrity of analytics and reporting outputs.
- Oversee data extraction, validation, transformation, and preparation for reporting and analysis.
- Partner with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-driven solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions, and reporting cadences.
- Lead, coach, and develop analytics team members to drive high-quality delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation, process optimisation, and enhanced analytics capabilities.
- Support analytics-related technology initiatives, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years' experience leading analytics teams within financial services or a similar data-intensive environment.
- Experience delivering business intelligence and reporting solutions.
- Exposure to technical BI implementations, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
Skills:
- Strong SQL and data querying capabilities.
- Advanced experience with Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools.
- Strong understanding of analytics methodologies, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement.
- Experience working with large-scale data environments and data warehousing solutions.
- Knowledge of big data tools, analytics platforms, and reporting technologies.
- Understanding of data governance, reporting controls, and analytical best practices.
- Experience supporting UAT and analytics-related technology initiatives.
