Job Summary
Hire Resolve is looking for a dedicated Solar Technician to join our client's growing team. The Solar Technician will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.Responsibilities
- Install and maintain solar PV systems according to established standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults and issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and prepare reports on energy production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve operational goals.
- Provide excellent customer service support to clients regarding solar energy solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role.
- Certification or training in solar technology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
