REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum technical qualification of a B.Eng degree.
· Engineers with experience, preferably in multi-discipline projects or engineering roles
within the Chemical, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors.
· Proven experience working on multi-discipline projects.
· A strong background in Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Electrical disciplines is highly desirable.
· Experience with standard contracting frameworks, ideally NEC 3.
· Self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills will be advantageous.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Formal training, coursework, or education in project management is beneficial.
· Valid Code B/EB driving licence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop comprehensive project execution plans in accordance with contract requirements.
· Identify and appoint all necessary resources, including subcontracted services, for each project.
· Ensure effective coordination of all resources and functions to fulfil contractual obligations.
· Oversee and coordinate engineering activities.
· Manage procurement and commercial interfaces with diligent contract administration.
· Prepare and present management and progress reports as required.
· Foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
· Support the advancement of business development initiatives.
· Engage with existing and prospective clients to secure ongoing work opportunities.
