We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team with a specialization in Mobility Support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting mobility solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your Expertise: Responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and installing the hardware of new\ faulty laptops and desktops. Replace\ Install new desktops and laptops. Configuring and setting up of mobile devices, and new upgrades for clients including hardware and software. Supply support and troubleshooting of applications on Android and IOS devices. Ensure that all open tickets are managed within the SLA. To reach efficiency target. Call Updating - To ensure that all calls are updated daily with meaningful comments and that correct call update templates are used and completed fully on all calls. Asset input - To ensure that all assets are correctly entered into the system. Knowledge Sharing - FSE to ensure that he/ she has access and familiarizes themselves with all online knowledge documentation and ways of work. 2 Year practical in-service delivery; desktop support. Experience in mobile device support. Experience in Network Support. Qualifications Required: Grade 12 Soft skills certificates ITIL Foundation V3Certificate in CompTIA A+/N+ International or Equivalent is Essential. 1-2 years of server, network, and desktop support experience. Mobility Device Support MCSE Other information applicable to the opportunity: Location: Sandton. Work Environment: Office bound.
