A leading steel company in Rosslyn is looking for a Quality Controller to manage the full lifecycle of product claims while ensuring top-tier quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the entire claims process from initiation through to resolution

Liaise effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers to investigate and close out quality or product-related issues

Track, report, and resolve all open claims with clear timelines and documentation

Ensure full compliance with ISO and other quality management systems

Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for internal use and stakeholder review

Monitor and contribute to improvements in the steel-making process, especially regarding flat products

Identify root causes and implement corrective actions swiftly
Requirements

Proven experience in the steel industry, ideally with flat products

Solid understanding of the steel-making process and product quality standards

Hands-on experience with ISO standards and quality systems

Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Highly organized, able to work under pressure, and confident in fast-moving environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
