1. PURPOSE The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team of internal and external sales professionals to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. The role requires strong technical acumen, commercial leadership, and the ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles involving engineered products, solutions, and high-value projects.
Sales Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of sales representatives, key account managers, internal sales coordinators, and technical sales engineers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skills development plans.
• Create a positive, accountable, high-performance sales culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff .
