Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Electrical Foreman to support the leadership of a dayshift electrical team. You’ll be hands-on, technically strong and confident working with both teams and management in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with leading and coordinating the electrical team
General maintenance and fault-finding on machinery and equipment
Single & three-phase systems, motors and electrical panels
Packaging machinery maintenance
VSD installation, setup and commissioning
AC & DC fault-finding
Sensors, limit switches and cable joints
Lighting installations and maintenance
Designing, wiring and commissioning new panels
What we’re looking for:
Previous electrical supervisory/management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Trade Tested Electrician preferred/required
Own reliable transport
Willing to work overtime and standby when required
FMCG and automation experience will be an advantage
