Job Summary
A well-established company is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of all equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules

Schedule personnel and equipment efficiently

Perform routine maintenance inspections

Maintain housekeeping of equipment and machinery

Ensure work areas are clean and safe at all times

Provide technical advice, support, and professional consultation

Resolve internal and external customer queries

Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes and secure approval from the Operations Manager

Oversee and approve work performed by contractors

Perform filing and maintain accurate records of maintenance documentation
Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance management

Knowledge of boilermaking, fitting, and basic electrical work

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and internal teams
