Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out
Oversee strategic planning, risk management, and change initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to timelines and budgets
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field
Master’s degree or PMP certification (preferred)
5–10 years of project management experience in the Consulting Engineering or Construction sectors
Proven experience managing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with performance evaluation and change management processes
