Job Summary
Our client, a dynamic engineering company operating in a fast-paced environment, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow their operations. They are situated in Klerksdorp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments
- Drive sales growth and business development initiatives
- Manage and mentor teams to achieve targets and maintain high performance
- Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Degree or certificate in Management or Operations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Minimum 3 years’ strong experience in sales (advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license (Code B) and own reliable vehicle
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
