Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated CAD Operator to join an Electrical & Instrumentation team.You will be responsible for creating accurate, high-quality technical drawings and plans based on designs from engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed technical drawings for Electrical & Instrumentation projects, including panels, wiring diagrams, schematics, earthing layouts, and lighting layouts
• Revise drawings and markups and track engineering/design changes
• Ensure compliance with drafting and engineering standards
• Maintain high accuracy and quality in all drawing work
• Work effectively under pressure within fast-paced projects
Requirements:
• Matric and/or relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Electrical CAD Operator
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; 3D AutoCAD / Revit experience is beneficial
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
• Self-driven, accountable, and willing to learn new skills
