Job Summary
Are you a registered Professional Architect ready to take the lead on innovative construction projects? A dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice is looking for a Project Leader/Professional Architect to join their high-performing team.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Architecture
Registered as a Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP
At least 5 years post-registration experience
Solid experience in the Construction Industry
Working knowledge of:
CIDB, PROCSA, and JBCC/NEC contracts
Consultant appointments and fee scales
Contract and financial administration
Experience in Project or Programme Management is advantageous
