- Independent workshop hero: machine parts from samples without supervision
- Skilled on manual lathes & mills
- Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
Option B: CNC?Savvy Engineer
- Mastercam 2020 & SolidWorks 2019 programming proficiency
- Fanuc G?code programming on Doosan, Mazak Slant, Leadwell, Mazak VTC41L (from legacy “dinosaurs” to modern Machines)
- Comfortable switching to manual machining when CNC capacity low.
- Handles both prototype (1-off) and production runs
Key Traits
- Team player with a relaxed yet driven mindset
- Passionate about engineering, with a great sense of humour
- Enjoys mentoring junior staff — no ego allowed
- Punctual, drama-free, and zero tolerance for bullying
Requirements
- Qualified artisan (Red Seal or equivalent) with 6–10+ years’ experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred age range 25–40, based on experience
