Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:- Drive plant performance by supporting production and maintenance teams
- Investigate equipment breakdowns and implement permanent engineering solutions
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and commissioning projects
- Analyse equipment performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvement projects
- Maintain engineering documentation and technical records
- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
Job Experience and Skills Required:
BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
✅ 2-3 years' post-graduate engineering experience
✅ Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, production, processing, or heavy industrial environments
✅ Understanding of:
✅ ECSA candidacy or registration beneficial
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
