Job Summary
Company and Job Description:This role also manages the technical documentation library, ensuring all mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, software versions, and manuals are controlled, updated, and issued accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update operator, installation, and service manuals for new and existing refrigeration products.
- Develop and maintain service parts lists.
- Produce service, maintenance, and design‑change bulletins for customers and dealer networks.
- Prepare assembly work instructions for production teams.
- Create quality‑check instructions for commissioning teams.
- Manage the documentation office, ensuring all drawings, manuals, and software revision records remain current and correctly issued.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Relevant technical qualification with proven experience in technical writing.
- Experience maintaining a technical drawing or documentation office.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Logical thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
