Education:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- SAPICS, APICS, CSCP, CIPS, or similar professional qualifications advantageous.
- 12-15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior executive or divisional leadership role.
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
- Strong background in warehousing, distribution, and national logistics management.
- Experience leading large, multi-site teams.
- Industrial distribution, engineering, mining supply, manufacturing, or aftermarket industry experience preferred.
- Advanced ERP and supply chain planning systems experience.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Experience with imports, Incoterms, freight, and international sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
