The Person We're Looking For
You are naturally curious.
You question how things can be improved, simplified, or built more efficiently.
You understand that great draughting is not simply about producing accurate drawings. It is about creating designs that can be manufactured safely, assembled efficiently, and perform reliably in the real world.
You take ownership of your work, communicate effectively with technical teams, and enjoy tackling complex engineering challenges.
Most importantly, you take pride in seeing your designs come to life.
