- Experience within mining, manufacturing, processing plants, or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of lubrication practices, condition monitoring, and asset reliability.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Experience working with maintenance strategies and plant optimisation initiatives.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
