What you’ll be stepping into:A high-volume production environment where machinery downtime costs real money, preventative maintenance is critical, and engineering thinking is expected from day one.
What you will be responsible for:- Supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of plant equipment
- Identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with project work, upgrades, and equipment installations
- Working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Applying engineering principles to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
What we’re looking for:- BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate)
- Strong academic foundation with a practical, hands-on mindset
- Willingness to be on the factory floor, not just behind a desk
- Strong problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency
- Good communication skills and confidence working across teams
