Job Summary

Duties:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and building services market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and clients.
Provide technical support and guidance, including solution design and troubleshooting.
Develop and present tailored HVAC solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed technical proposals and costings aligned with project specifications.
Adopt a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and project progress.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Sales Engineering or consulting role
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, design principles, and applications
Proven experience in technical sales, account management, and business development strategies
Ability to interpret technical requirements and develop practical solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in relevant technical and sales tools is advantageous
