Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to join a leading plastics engineering manufacturer in Lanseria, producing high-quality conveyor components and precision-moulded polymer parts for the food, beverage and packaging sectors. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years unsupervised experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and proven work on Haitian/Demag machines with materials such as PP, POM, PA6, PBT, HDPE and PA66. Duties include machine set-up, mould installation, optimising processes, resolving defects, conducting first-off inspections, maintaining cycle stability, reporting faults and ensuring a safe, clean workspace. Nightshift required.
Education:- Relevant technical/engineering qualification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years as an Injection Moulding Setter (unsupervised)
- Proven experience on Haitian injection moulding machines
- Hands-on processing experience: PP, POM, PA6, PBT, HDPE, PA66
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work nightshift
