Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise production teams and ensure optimal plant and equipment performance.Coordinate workflows to achieve production volume, quality, safety, and cost targets.
Monitor plant processes, manpower, and resources to maximise efficiency and reduce downtime.
Lead, coach, and manage staff performance in line with operational standards and procedures.
Maintain production plans, shift handovers, and accurate production reporting.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Identify quality issues and report to Line Management or QA.
Take full responsibility for plant operations during night shifts and weekends when required.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience within an animal feed or manufacturing environment.Hands-on technical and troubleshooting experience will be advantageous.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 14000 standards.
Experience leading production teams.
English literacy (written and verbal).
Willingness to work shifts.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and organisational skills.Effective problem-solving ability.
Sound product and process knowledge.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literacy and basic industrial relations knowledge.
Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
