Job Summary
Location: Germiston
Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Financial Manager who can bring structure, controls, strategic insight, and financial leadership to their Gauteng operation.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, strengthen, and elevate role
Duties include:
- Implementing proper controls and governance
- Strengthening reporting accuracy and visibility
- Driving strategic financial planning & forecasting
- Improving cash flow management and working capital
- Ensuring compliance and reduce risk exposure
- Aligning finance with long-term business growth
The Ideal candidate will have:
- 15+ years relevant experience
- A tertiary financial qualification (CA(SA) beneficial but not essential)
- Preferably be bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- Be based in Gauteng
- Have their own transport
- Be hands-on, structured, and process-driven
- Have strong leadership and implementation ability
