Introduction
An established organisation in Lynnwood is seeking a young, vibrant, and dynamic Technical Estimator / Technician with experience in roller shutters or dock levellers. The ideal candidate will handle client enquiries, prepare quotations, manage key accounts, and support technical assessments on customer sites.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company, build long‑term stability, and avoid frequent job changes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Enquiries — Attend to incoming client queries regarding roller shutters and dock levellers
Technical Assessments — Conduct basic technical evaluations on equipment and identify repair or replacement needs
Quotations — Prepare quotations for new installations, repairs, and maintenance
Costing — Perform costing for machines and equipment requiring repair
Key Account Management — Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure service excellence
Job Coordination — Assist with scheduling, job cards, and workflow coordination
Sage Experience — Use Sage for quotations, invoicing, or job costing (beneficial)
Technical Support — Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to clients
Minimum Requirements
Experience with roller shutters or dock levellers (essential)
3+ years experience as a Technical Estimator, Technician, or Technical Sales Support
Strong technical understanding of industrial doors or loading bay equipment
Experience preparing quotations and costing
Sage experience beneficial
Young, energetic, and eager to grow within the organisation

Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
