Job Summary
Qualification- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Cost & Management Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CIMA qualification will be an advantage
- 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or technical environment advantageous
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control advantageous
- Knowledge of Pastel Evolution Package
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid drivers license

- Eager to learn and grow within the business
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Assist with product costing and margin analysis
- Monitor raw material, labour, and production costs
- Support monthly stock counts and inventory reconciliations
- Analyse variances between actual and standard costs
- Prepare costing reports and operational financial analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and costing databases
- Work closely with production, procurement, and finance departments
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Assist with month-end reporting and audit requirements
