Own the System. Drive Compliance. Raise the Standard.Are you a quality and compliance professional ready to take ownership of an organisation’s integrated management system?
We’re looking for an experienced Quality, Compliance & Systems professional to lead our clients quality, product safety and OH&S systems, drive compliance verification, and ensure our operations consistently meet the highest standards.
What you’ll bring:
Relevant degree in Quality Management, Food Science/Food Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
7 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance and quality systems within manufacturing/production.
At least 3 years in a systems-owner or supervisory role.
Proven ownership of a certified management system, such as BRCGS Packaging and/or ISO 9001.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP/HARA, Quality FMEA and OH&S HIRA.
Experience managing internal audit programmes, including system, process and contractor audits.
Hands-on ownership of CAPA, change management, calibration and measurement control.
Strong analytical, investigation, documentation and reporting skills, with meticulous attention to records, SOPs and defined processes.
