CNC PROGRAMMER – VANDERBIJLPARK
A well-established engineering/manufacturing company in the Vanderbijlpark area is looking for an experienced and qualified CNC Programmer to join their team.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified/experienced CNC Programmer
Proven experience programming and operating CNC Milling Machines and Centre Lathes
Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
Experience with setting, programming and operating CNC machinery
Ability to select appropriate tooling, speeds and feeds
Strong understanding of machining processes and quality requirements
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Relevant engineering/machining qualification will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Programme CNC Milling Machines and Centre Lathes
Set up and operate CNC machinery
Develop and modify CNC programmes using Fanuc and Siemens controls
Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Select tooling and machining parameters
Perform quality checks and ensure components meet required specifications
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment
