Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day technical operations and maintenance tasks aligned with production targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational bottlenecks or equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and utilize SAP for workflow management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Reliability) to execute unit objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environment.
- Specific Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

- Solid understanding of industrial processes and technical specifications.
- Proficient technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
