Job Summary
Qualification- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Degree in technical field
- Valid drivers license
- Resource management, technical preparation (preferably in the sector Plastic Packaging or in plant engineering), great familiarity with commercial aspects (negotiation, contracts and budget management)
- Proactivity, openness to dialogue, stress resistance, ability to deal with continuous problems that often require rapid problem identification, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with different cultures.
- Advanced English
- Availability for travel
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with service and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support pricing strategies and profitability objectives.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as required.
