Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across study, design, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases
- Manage contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure delivery against scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Manage risk, safety, and compliance requirements
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and financial performance
- Maintain governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Lead commissioning and handover activities
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar)
- PrEng or GCC required
- PMP, SACPCMP or equivalent project management certification required
Experience
- 5–15 years’ experience in project management
- Experience in mining, industrial, infrastructure, or heavy engineering environments
- Proven experience managing site-based construction projects
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
