PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER responsible for Leading the Product Development Process
Qualifications:
* Batchelor's Degree in Engineering, Paper Science/Technology,
Industrial Eng, Material Science or Related Field
* Postgraduate Qualifications (e.g. MSc MBA or Diploma in Pulp
& Paper an Advantage
* Minimum 10-15 Years' experience in Product Development,
R&D or Technical Role within FMCG Manufacturers,
preferable in the Paper Products /Tissue or Hygiene Goods
* In-depth knowledge of Tissue Converting Processes
* Experience in Cost or Management Accounting - Huge
Advantage
* Project Management Abilities: MPM, PRINCE2 or Agile
Certification - An Advantage
* Excel & ERP Systems
* Willingness to Travel occasionally to Suppliers or Production

* Managing Project Timelines
* Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
* Ensuring Product Quality

experience in Product Development
