Job Summary
Qualification- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Degree in Technical subjects (preferable) or Economics
- Familiarity with the packaging/beverage industry required.
- Skills / knowledge: Resource management, technical preparation (preferably in the sector or in plant engineering), great familiarity with commercial aspects (negotiation, contracts and budget management)
- Personal characteristics: proactivity, openness to dialogue, predisposition for team building, stubbornness, resistance to stress, ability to deal with continuous problems that often require rapid identification of the problem, problem solving skills, ability to work with different cultures.
- Languages: excellent knowledge of English.
- Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
- Business development within the Life Cycle Service department (sales service).
- Contact with Service Area Managers (SAM) Worldwide and LCS Manager for sharing and drafting global and local strategies for achieving Customer Service Satisfaction and Area Budget.
- Sharing with the SAMs the mapping of the Customer portfolio, the coverage and achievement of the Budget and the calendar of visits.
- Through the CRM, constant monitoring of the portfolio of open opportunities, priority management and support to the SAMs in closing the negotiation.
- Manage the discount policy when the request exceeds the window managed by the SAM.
