Job Description
We are seeking a Welding Robot Operator with genuine hands-on experience operating robotic welding systems.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and adjust robotic welding systems.
Operate welding robots.
Load components.
Monitor the welding process.
Make minor adjustments.
Perform first-line troubleshooting.
Conduct quality inspections.
Read technical drawings.
Requirements
28 years old or younger.
Preferably native Afrikaans-speaking or able to communicate fluently/conversationally in Afrikaans.
Good English communication skills.
Relevant technical qualification or trade.
Proven robotic welding experience.
Experience with setup and adjustment.
Experience monitoring automated welding processes.
First-line troubleshooting ability.
Technical drawing experience.
Willing to relocate internationally.
Advantageous
Sheet-metal experience.
Metal fabrication experience.
Machine building.
Aerospace.
Precision manufacturing.
Advanced fabrication.
Important: Manual TIG/MIG welding experience without robotic welding experience is not sufficient.
