Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:Produce and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit MEP and associated Autodesk software platforms.
Generate accurate 2D coordination and installation drawings for construction activities.
Conduct clash detection and model coordination activities using Navisworks and federated models.
Collaborate with project engineers, coordinators, and site teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Perform site verification, surveying activities, and model updates to ensure installation accuracy.
Maintain coordination registers, documentation, and project deliverables in accordance with BIM standards and ISO 19650 frameworks.
Support tender activities and assist with project documentation requirements where necessary.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a BIM Coordination, MEP Detailing, or BIM Modelling role.
Experience working within mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, or engineering project environments.
Exposure to multidisciplinary project coordination and digital construction workflows.
Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre, or infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
