What your role demandsYou will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Respond to breakdowns across electrical, PLC and mechanical systems
- Execute preventative, predictive and planned maintenance
- Drive machine reliability, upgrades and continuous improvement
- Support shutdowns, projects and site maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
This is not a passive maintenance role. It requires urgency, accountability and the mindset of someone who takes pride in keeping operations running.
What you bring to the role- Trade-tested Electrician qualification
- 5–7 years’ experience within a manufacturing or plant environment
- Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
- Exposure to PLCs and integrated machinery systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Your ability to stay methodical under pressure, communicate effectively, and think beyond the immediate fix will set you apart.
