Key Responsibilities
Customer & Market Development
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in mining, manufacturing, EPCs, and system integrators.
Identify, research, and selectively pursue new customers of interest based on financial health, capital investment plans, and long‑term potential.
Conduct structured market research and market intelligence gathering to identify opportunities aligned with the company’s offerings.
Key Account Management
Build relationships across customer functions, including maintenance, engineering, planning, projects, procurement, and stores.
Map decision‑makers and influencers and understand both technical and commercial decision processes.
Act as the primary technical and commercial interface between customers and internal teams.
Sales & Opportunity Management
Promote and grow the full portfolio of products, services, engineered solutions, and projects.
Support product sales by working closely with internal sales assistants, providing technical input, specifications, and solution guidance.
Identify service and solution opportunities and share relevant intelligence with regional and business managers.
Disciplined filtering of enquiries to focus on high‑value, strategically aligned opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Strong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, and service-based engineering environments.
Proven experience in technical or solution‑based sales.
Ability to engage confidently at engineering and senior management level.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
Structured, disciplined sales approach (not cold‑calling driven).
Willingness to travel within the allocated region.
