- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field advantageous
- Proven experience in external sales within the electrical industry
- Experience dealing with power stations is essential
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, equipment, or solutions
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
- Experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience preparing quotations, tenders, and sales proposals
- Ability to engage with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and project teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's licence
- Willingness to travel throughout the Mpumalanga region
