A leading supplier of wear protection and coating solutions to the mining industry is seeking a strong Branch Manager to lead its Kathu operations. This role carries full responsibility for branch performance, including managing a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with technical understanding and people management skills in a mining-focused environment.Education:

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in the mining or industrial sector, with exposure to wear lining, coatings, or wear protection solutions
- Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Commercial leadership role
- Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in driving branch profitability, sales targets, and market growth
- Solid technical understanding of wear lining paint systems, abrasion, and corrosion solutions
- Experience selling into mining operations and managing key accounts
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Financial and budget management experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu
