You will play a key role in driving sales of instrumentation solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within mining, metals, or water treatment sectors. The role combines technical expertise with strategic sales, working closely with engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams.
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field OR Trade in Instrumentation
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in process control or instrumentation sales
Proven experience selling into Mining, Minerals & Metals or Water and Wastewater industries
Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation products such as flow, level, pressure, and control systems
Experience with PLC, SCADA, or DCS systems will be advantageous
Ability to develop new business and manage key client accounts
Strong proposal development and tendering experience
Excellent client liaison and relationship management skills
Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
