You will take ownership of key accounts within the pulp and paper industry, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning advanced flow control solutions that optimise plant performance and reliability. As a trusted advisor to your clients, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to influence decision-making at both operational and executive levels.
In addition to sales delivery, you will play a strategic role in market development, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall commercial direction of the business.
Education:- Trade or National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,or a related field
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in technical sales within industrial or process environments
- Extensive experience with flow control equipment such as valves, actuators, pumps, and related systems
- Proven track record within the pulp and paper industry, with strong sector knowledge and established client networks
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering on high-value sales targets
- Strong understanding of plant operations, process optimisation, and maintenance strategies
- Ability to develop and present tailored engineering solutions to senior stakeholders
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex deals and long-term contracts
- Leadership capability, with experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers or sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites and key industry hubs
