Education:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- National Diploma or N6 in Instrumentation, Automation, or related
- Trade Test in Instrumentation and Automation
Experience & Skills Required:
- 8 – 10 years’ experience in Instrumentation
- 8 – 10 years’ experience in a Technical Sales environment
- 3 – 5 years in Sales Management, leading teams and driving targets
- Proven experience selling and implementing process control systems, projects, and engineered solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and close complex deals
- Confident leader who can coach, motivate, and elevate team performance
- Valid Driver’s License
