What’s on Offer?

· Salary: R10,000.00 – R15,000.00 Gross PM (Depending on qualifications and experience)

· Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period

· Benefits (Post-Probation): MICFA Provident Fund (7.5% employee / 8% employer contribution) + Prorated December Annual Bonus

· Leave: 18 days paid annual leave per annum

· Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations)

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and motivate the warehouse team to ensure daily picking, packing, and dispatch targets are met efficiently.

· Operations & Workflow: Oversee daily warehouse workflows, monitoring the accurate processing of incoming stock and outgoing orders.

· Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts, investigate variances, and maintain strict inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system.

· Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality checks on all orders and documentation to minimize dispatch errors and damages.

· Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment while upholding strict occupational health and safety standards.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

Minimum Requirements:

· Essential Experience: Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience is strictly required (automotive or hardware sector experience is a distinct advantage).

· Skills & Education: Matric certificate (highly advantageous), intermediate computer literacy, excellent numerical accuracy, and familiarity with warehouse management software or scanning tools.

· Logistics Familiarity: Familiarity with deliveries, driving, logistics processes, warehousing, and stock management systems.

· Track Record: Strong leadership skills, effective communication, high reliability, punctuality, and stable history with contactable references.

Strict Legal Requirements & Assessments (Non-Negotiable):

Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have:

· South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).

· Clear criminal record (under no circumstances will candidates with a record be considered).

· Ability to undergo a psychometric/personality assessment during the interview stage.
