An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced RTT Relationship Partner – Client to take ownership of a strategic portfolio of customers, leveraging warehousing and distribution services. This role serves as the primary commercial interface between customers and operational delivery teams, ensuring strong governance, service excellence, account retention, and profitable growth.
You will play a critical role in onboarding new customers, managing ongoing service delivery performance, driving commercial sustainability, and identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships. Success in this role requires the ability to influence multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve complex challenges, and build long-term customer value.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts as the primary commercial contact
- Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, and service delivery activities
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added solutions
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the partnership portfolio
- Facilitate governance forums, including KPI reviews, operational meetings, and quarterly business reviews
- Monitor profitability, rate reviews, contract adherence, and commercial performance
- Lead escalation management and customer issue resolution processes
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and portfolio forecasts
- Collaborate with operational, implementation, finance, and leadership teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery and customer experience
What You Bring
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification or relevant commercial, key account, or supply chain certification advantageous
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial account management, key account leadership, business development, or client partnership management within logistics, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL environments
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and improving profitability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, governance forums, and commercial negotiations
- CRM and pipeline management experience
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
