About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional strategic, operational, and people management skills. This role requires someone who can ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance while driving growth and maintaining a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the business.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
Lead and manage department heads and ensure effective communication across all departments.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver business results.
Strong financial acumen and business strategy skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
A relevant qualification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (advantageous).
Must be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
